Order and Shipment Tracking:

  • After your payment was successfully approved, you will receive an email confirming your order.
  • After your order is shipped out, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking link (only for all US shipments, USPS International Priority, and USPS Express shipments) which will let you follow the journey of your package.
  • Please note that sometimes there maybe a delay in the carrier's (USPS, UPS etc.) system to report the online shipment status. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to get updated.

Other Shipping Related Policies:

  • Once we hand over your package to the courier and receive confirmation from them, 3rd party couriers (USPS, UPS etc.) are responsible for delivering the package to you at the right address. We are not responsible for any package loss or damage by the couriers. If you face any problem in receiving your package, kindly contact the couriers directly at the following numbers:

  • Order Processing Time: For most orders, we are able ship International Orders also within 24 hours (1 business day). However, due to additional international documentation and processing requirements, it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship International orders in certain situations.
  • Options to upgrade: You can upgrade to USPS International Priority and International Express Mail at a discounted flat rate
  • Return Shipping: Customer's choice. Cost depends upon originating country. Not paid by Rebelle.

  • Online Shipment Tracking: Online shipment tracking and delivery confirmation feature is not available for FREE International Shipping. If you need Online Shipment Tracking and Delivery Confirmation feature, you should upgrade from FREE shipping to USPS International Priority or USPS International Express Mail. For upgraded shipping options with online tracking feature, you will receive an email with online tracking link after your package has been shipped out. Please note that sometimes there maybe a delay in the carrier's (USPS, UPS etc.) system to report the online shipment status. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to get updated. Sometimes, it is possible that you may have already received your package before the shipping status is updated in the carrier's online tracking system.
  • Delayed or Lost Package: International orders are shipped out of USA through USPS (United States Postal Service). However, it is finally delivered to your address by your country's local mail delivery organization. Although most International deliveries happen without any problem, in some countries there are more occurrences of delays and lost packages. Please understand that we have no access to or control over your country's local mail delivery system. Hence we will not be held responsible or provide any financial compensation in case of lost or misplaced packages. We will of course provide you with the "proof of shipment" when needed and as a courtesy we can also open an inquiry with USPS in USA in such situation. However, you are responsible to check and follow up with your local mail delivery organization.
  • Customs Duty and Local Taxes: Rules, laws and rates for customs duty and local taxes vary widely from country to country. When you buy from us, you DO NOT pay any USA Sales Tax or duty. However, paying customs duty and local taxes (if required) when your package reaches your country as per your country's rules is your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to clear your package from your country's customs office, in case the package is delayed or held up by customs. Please inquire with your country's customs office if you want to have more information on this.
  • International Processing Fee (What is it?): We charge a nominal $9.00 International Processing Fee for all international shipment, because of additional system we need to use and additional manual processes we must follow to do proper customs and export documentation for the destination country.
